Contacting Monvèra.

When you email or message us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, preferred tree, postcode, room photographs and delivery requirements. We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare your quotation and arrange an order you choose to place. Only share details relevant to your enquiry.

Our enquiry email is hosted by Zoho. WhatsApp enquiries are handled through WhatsApp. Opening either contact option takes you to that provider, where its own privacy terms apply. Clicking an enquiry button does not itself send a message or place an order.

Optional advertising measurement.

With your permission, our Google Ads tag uses cookies and browser storage to help us understand visits from our advertising. Google may receive advertising click identifiers, the page visited, browser and device information, and your IP address when the tag connects. Our measurement code does not include your enquiry message, email address, postcode, room photographs or payment details.

We load the Google tag only after you choose Allow measurement. Advertising personalisation and Google Analytics storage remain disabled. Clicking a contact button does not itself prove that a message was sent or an order was placed.

Google handles information under its Privacy Policy and explains its advertising cookies. Ads may also have a direct WhatsApp button; Google and WhatsApp manage those ad and messaging features separately from this website.

Your choice and storage.

You can accept or reject optional measurement and still browse every product and contact us. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. A separate enquiry-click deduplication record, used only after acceptance, lasts for up to eight hours within a browser session.

Advertising cookies created by our Google tag are configured to expire after 90 days, without extending their expiry on each visit. Google may also use first-party browser storage for advertising click attribution. Google's own information-retention practices are explained in its policies.

Use Cookie settings at any time to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance stops this site's measurement, removes its accessible Google advertising cookies and attribution storage, and reloads the page. It does not undo information already sent to Google. Clearing your browser storage also removes the saved choice.

Questions about your information.

Contact enquiries@monvera.co.uk to ask about information held in connection with an enquiry or order, request a correction or ask for deletion. Some order information may need to be retained for accounting or other legal obligations. We do not need your payment-card details in an enquiry message.
